Muddle 5 strawberries (fresh or frozen) and 2 slices of lime on the bottom of the glass. Fill the glass with ice. Add 1 part of Ginger Duke and 2-3 parts of sparkling water or soda. Garnish with slices of lime and some mint. Look innocent and enjoy.
